How do I register?

Log on to www.butalfred.com and click "register" on the upper right part of the page (header). Fill up the details being asked and click "Continue". You should receive a SMS with a code, key in this code on your screen, then voila! You have an Alfred account!

What if I forget my log in details?

Your log in details will be sent to you when you register. You can also click "Forgot Password" on the log in page and a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

Is same day delivery available for personal butler service?

Same day delivery for the personal butler service is not available. Alfred will need at least a day to process and prepare your orders for delivery.

Is same day parcel delivery available?

Same day parcel delivery service is possible if there are Alfred’s available. You may also book in advance so you wouldn't have to think about the parcel pick up anymore, and just wait for the delivery!

How much are Alfred's fees?

Alfred's shopping personal butler fee is at P100.00 per store. Delivery Fee is P100.00 for the first store and additional P50.00 per succeeding store/s. An additional P50.00 Convenience Fee will also be charged for stores exceeding 10km radius from your delivery address.

Alfred's parcel delivery fee is charged at P8.00/km.

How do I check where my order is?

Alfred will be sending emails to you every step of the way. There will be a link per email to where you can also track your order/s on your Alfred account.

How do I check where my parcel is?

You may log-in to your account from time to time to track the progress of your parcel delivery. Our Alfreds will also be sending you updates every step of the way.

Can I change my order/s after check out?

You can no longer change your order/s after you check out your shopping cart. Should there be any changes in your order/s, you may reach us at our contact number or email address below and we’ll update your order/s for you.

How do I pay for the personal butler service?

All personal butler service payments must be made via bank transfer. The service fees will be added along with your purchase list. The total (shopping + Alfred's fees) will be reflected on your order summary before you check out.

How do I pay for the parcel delivery service?

You may choose between bank transfer and cash on delivery to pay for the parcel delivery service. For Cash on Delivery, you may also tag from your booking whom we can collect the payment from between the Sender and the Recipient.
